Day to day
- Run proof-of-concepts with leads and guide customers through onboarding
- Advise on best practices for specific architectures and use cases
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders
- Work with account executives on demo and discovery calls
- Gather customer feedback to identify friction and influence the product roadmap
- Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders
- Improve documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback
