Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role supporting enterprise SaaS or digital transformation deployments
- Customer-facing exposure to manufacturing or other operational technology environments
- Programming experience with Python or equivalent and SQL
- Experience with REST APIs middleware Windows and Linux and enterprise networking troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently on complex integration problems and communicate clearly
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and customer summaries
- Strong project management and self-organisation across multiple accounts
- Comfortable in ambiguous fast-moving environments
- Willingness to travel 25–40%
- US drivers license
- Based in NYC metro Atlanta Chicago Austin Boston or Minneapolis
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Day to day
- Design and build technical integration solutions that connect manufacturing systems to the Oden platform, ensuring deployments are reliable and effective.
- Configure and customize cloud-based workflows, data pipelines, and automation so enterprise customers can monitor and optimize production.
- Partner closely with customers, internal teams, and product engineering to troubleshoot issues, manage risks, and translate field insights into product improvements.
