Requirements

  • 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role supporting enterprise SaaS deployments or digital transformation projects
  • Customer-facing exposure to manufacturing field management construction or other operational technology environments
  • Programming experience with Python or equivalent SQL REST APIs and familiarity with Bash and terminal-based workflows
  • Experience with middleware and integration toolsets Windows and Linux operating systems enterprise networking and troubleshooting and remote application deployment
  • Ability to work independently on complex integration problems and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written communication skills for technical documentation customer summaries and internal knowledge sharing
  • Strong project management and self-organisation skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfortable in ambiguous fast-moving environments where requirements shift
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites 25–40% depending on deployment phase
  • Hold a US drivers license
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Day to day

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for enterprise manufacturing accounts, guiding discovery, solution design, deployment, integration, and ongoing technical support
  • Design and implement integrations between the Oden platform and customer systems such as ERP MES and QMS while configuring workflows data architecture and cloud endpoints
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across networking data pipelines and system configurations, translate field feedback into product improvements, and maintain clear integration documentation
