Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related roles such as Developer Relations or Developer Support
- Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure including self-custodial wallets exchanges and API integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a distributed multicultural team across multiple time zones
- Technical proficiency with ability to understand code debug integration issues and communicate with engineers
- Experience with tokenized assets RWAs or DeFi protocols is a plus
Nice to have
- Web3 experience
- Blockchain protocols knowledge
- Smart contract debugging
Day to day
- Serve as the main technical contact for developers exchanges and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products
- Provide hands-on guidance for minting redemption and tokenized asset integration workflows
- Create clear developer resources including documentation tutorials code samples and FAQ guides
- Collect partner feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams
- Collaborate across engineering product business development and operations to improve partner experience
- Represent Ondo at hackathons conferences and community events when needed
