Requirements
- 3-5+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS with ownership of demos and POCs
- Fluency with APIs webhooks and authentication methods
- Comfort reading API docs testing in Postman and judging integration feasibility
- Working knowledge of Shopify and helpdesk tools such as Gorgias Zendesk Kustomer or Dixa
- Breadth across the e-commerce CX stack including returns subscriptions reviews loyalty and post-purchase tools
- Ability to explain AI and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience writing tight SOWs RFP responses and technical handoffs
- Self-direction and ability to prioritize across multiple deals in a fast startup environment

Day to day
