  • 3-5+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS with ownership of demos and POCs
  • Fluency with APIs webhooks and authentication methods
  • Comfort reading API docs testing in Postman and judging integration feasibility
  • Working knowledge of Shopify and helpdesk tools such as Gorgias Zendesk Kustomer or Dixa
  • Breadth across the e-commerce CX stack including returns subscriptions reviews loyalty and post-purchase tools
  • Ability to explain AI and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience writing tight SOWs RFP responses and technical handoffs
  • Self-direction and ability to prioritize across multiple deals in a fast startup environment
