  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills

  • Experience working full-time with U.S.-based teams on U.S. hours with PST alignment
  • Leadership exposure through mentoring leading projects or technical lead work
  • Advanced HubSpot CMS experience with Hubl HTML CSS and JavaScript

Day to day

  • Engineer creative technical solutions for complex client challenges and design scalable HubSpot architectures
  • Lead data migration and integration work while preserving accuracy consistency and reliability across systems
  • Build automate and optimize HubSpot implementations workflows reporting and custom API integrations
  • Advise clients and internal stakeholders by translating technical complexity into clear strategic recommendations
