Who you are

• Possess 3-5 years of sourcing experience particularly in software-related roles
• Demonstrated ability to recruit in European and International markets within the tech/software industry
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with effectiveness in engaging with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment and solve problems innovatively
• If you speak German it would be a huge plus

What the job involves

• Partner closely with the TA Manager to become a subject matter expert in our open positions' requirements focusing on Software Engineers DevOps QA and more.
• Develop strategic plans for sourcing candidates utilizing multiple channels like Google LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub and Stack Overflow.
• Engage and build a network of candidates through proactive market research and in-depth assessment enhancing your ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships and bolster our employer brand globally.
