- Advanced English
- 2+ years of sourcing or hunting experience in bulk/high-volume environments
- Experience with a pure sourcing role
- Comfort working in high-pressure environments
- Experience sourcing niche technical profiles
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Adaptability to changing priorities and strategies
- Ideally experience with BIM engineering or construction-related roles

Day to day
- Massively source technical and support profiles across LATAM and the U.S. in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical needs and translate them into targeted sourcing approaches.
- Build strong pipelines for niche engineering and BIM profiles while adapting strategies based on feedback and changing priorities.
