- 3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience with proactive pipeline building
- Hands-on CRM experience including segmentation nurture campaigns outreach sequences data uploads tagging and engagement tracking
- Advanced sourcing skills with Boolean LinkedIn Recruiter niche job boards and creative channel development
- Greenhouse experience as both a user and administrator including templates scorecards permissions workflows and reporting
- A marketer’s instinct with outreach sequencing A/B testing and conversion thinking
- Strong reporting orientation with the ability to build dashboards and explain data clearly
- Clear concise written communication and strong remote self-direction

Day to day
