Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience with proactive pipeline building
- Hands-on CRM experience including segmentation nurture campaigns multi-touch outreach and data uploads
- Advanced sourcing skills with Boolean LinkedIn Recruiter niche job boards association directories and creative channels
- Greenhouse experience as both a user and administrator
- A marketer’s instinct for outreach sequencing A/B testing and conversion thinking
- Strong reporting orientation and ability to build dashboards and explain data clearly
- Clear concise written communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Dental or healthcare talent market experience
- Outbound sourcing tools experience
- Employer branding exposure

- Workforce planning familiarity
- Market mapping familiarity

Day to day
- Own proactive sourcing for clinical roles across multiple studio markets and build diverse qualified pipelines
- Design and run CRM nurture campaigns and multi-touch outreach that improve candidate engagement and conversion
- Administer Greenhouse and recruiting reporting to keep data clean trustworthy and actionable
- Partner with talent leadership on employer brand referral and recruiting events while supporting overall recruiting operations
