  • Strong background in Productivity Suite Copilot Endpoint Management Identity/Access Management and VDI solutions.
  • Excellent communication documentation and customer-facing skills.
  • Proactively engage with vendors to leverage sales opportunities.
  • A desire to learn continuously and solve problems.
  • Prefer recent Microsoft industry recognized certifications.

Day to day

  • Engage with customers to understand business challenges and present AHEAD products and services.
  • Initiate conversations focused on Modern Workspace solutions in collaboration with vendors.
  • Identify client needs and technology gaps and educate them to enhance enablement.
  • Demonstrate solution effectiveness through seminars workshops and direct engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams to discover opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement strategies to accelerate deal closures and drive customer commitment.
