Requirements
- 7+ years experience as a Sourcing Specialist
- Proven ability to use ATS CRM and other recruitment tools effectively
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter including Boolean search
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple positions

Day to day
- Develop and implement focused sourcing strategies for talent
- Directly engage with hiring managers to understand job expectations
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Craft tailored social media campaigns to enhance employer branding
- Conduct preliminary evaluations and screenings of applicants
