What the job involves

• Responsible for the development and support of the migration tooling used as part of the RLDatix’s Workforce Management platform OneView
• Develop and implement custom software in support of RLDatix products
• Build and deliver custom solutions that provide integration and data flows data migrations reporting enhancements and/or other specialised functions as part of a defined project
• Provide technical support for interfacing requirements with external systems ensuring the software performs effectively and escalating problems when required
• Gather analyze and detail Customer requirements and help produce specification and proposals based on them
• Report progress on technical activities to management maintain and update technical installation details project checkpoints and support log issues as required
• Appropriately communicating technical environment issues and supporting the Customer in resolving any issues related to the technical provision of the software
• Develop and maintain productive collaborative working relationships with other members of the team
