Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience building and shipping production backend distributed or platform systems
- Strong programming experience in modern backend technologies such as Rust TypeScript or Node.js
- Solid understanding of APIs services data stores concurrency and cloud deployment
- Experience leading technical design initiatives and mentoring engineers
- Strong architecture and enterprise platform development expertise
- Experience with enterprise identity and authentication standards including SSO SAML 2.0 OAuth RBAC and MFA
- Experience with cloud platforms infrastructure as code and multi-tenant or BYOC deployment models
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Day to day
- Design and deliver significant backend and platform components end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Build and extend enterprise-ready AI platform capabilities with a focus on scalability security and cloud deployment.
- Develop integrations and admin console features that connect identity workflow and knowledge systems for enterprise customers.
- Lead technical design code reviews architecture decisions troubleshooting performance analysis and optimization.
