Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field such as Math Economics Finance Statistics or Actuarial Science
- 5+ years of product management product development or analytical experience in insurance financial services consulting or a similar industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL
- Required experience in data manipulation using tools such as SAS SQL R Python or equivalent
- 5+ years of property casualty insurance experience with advanced product pricing underwriting and insurance regulation knowledge
- 2+ years supporting business or personal auto insurance products

Day to day
- Drive profitable growth for assigned states and line of business through data-driven product analysis.
- Monitor, audit, and analyze product performance to identify issues opportunities and recommendations that improve profitability and growth.
- Lead projects from start to finish perform ad hoc analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams and management on forecasts reports and presentations.
