- Responsible for elicitation, prioritization, and conversion of business/functional requirements to system requirements, analyzing applications in production
- Develop functional designs for new/customized/enhanced systems, ensuring technical designs align with business/functional requirements
- Participate in calls with ASO groups to identify/anticipate pain points and determine IT solutions, write statements of work for IT teams/vendors
