Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience
- 4+ years as Salesforce Solution Architect
- Experience across Sales Service and Experience Clouds
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience with at least two enterprise deployments
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow Apex and LWC
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models sharing rules and Shield
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Einstein Copilot or Agents
- Experience with data migrations into and out of Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies including REST API SOAP API Workato middleware or managed packages
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred
- CPQ or Experience Cloud certification is a plus
Day to day
- Lead Salesforce strategy and architecture to solve complex business challenges across lead-to-cash and service-to-retention workflows.
- Translate high-level business needs into scalable technical solutions, presenting architectural options with clear tradeoffs and long-term impact.
- Configure and integrate Salesforce platforms, enforce governance standards, optimize performance, and document solution designs and data models.
