  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and translate compensation concepts clearly
  • Ability to lead moderate complexity projects or contribute to complex projects from start to finish
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a measured sense of urgency
  • Ability to balance transactional work with strategic priorities

Day to day

  • Conducts market benchmarking, salary range reviews, and pay analyses to shape competitive recommendations and budget needs.
  • Manages compensation administration across requisitions, pay changes, job profiles, cycles, and employee queries with accuracy and urgency.
  • Trains managers and employees on compensation practices and career architecture while improving programs, reporting, and processes.
