Requirements
- 3-5 years of compensation experience
- Experience with non-traditional compensation programs preferred
- Familiarity with global compensation markets practices and data
- Strong Excel skills including vlookups logical functions pivot tables and charts
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to perform in-depth analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and translate compensation concepts clearly
- Ability to lead moderate complexity projects or contribute to complex projects from start to finish
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a measured sense of urgency
- Ability to balance transactional work with strategic priorities
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships globally

Day to day
- Partners with functional leaders to support Total Rewards strategy and deliver innovative compensation guidance.
- Conducts market benchmarking, salary range reviews, and pay analyses to shape competitive recommendations and budget needs.
- Manages compensation administration across requisitions, pay changes, job profiles, cycles, and employee queries with accuracy and urgency.
- Trains managers and employees on compensation practices and career architecture while improving programs, reporting, and processes.
