Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources Business Finance or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation HR analytics or related field
  • Strong analytical and Excel Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with HRIS or compensation tools such as CompXL Pave ADP WFN Radford or Mercer is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and advise stakeholders
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methods job leveling pay structures and compensation ranges

Day to day

  • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to keep compensation competitive and current
  • Support annual compensation cycles including merit bonus promotions and equity through data preparation modeling and reporting
  • Lead the equity program and partner with Finance Legal HR and business leaders on pay equity job leveling and compensation guidance
  • Prepare dashboards reports and presentations while managing compensation systems tools and data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and global pay regulations and participate in compensation surveys
