Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources Business Finance or related field or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in compensation HR analytics or related field
- Strong analytical and Excel Google Sheets skills
- Experience with HRIS or compensation tools such as CompXL Pave ADP WFN Radford or Mercer is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and advise stakeholders
- Familiarity with job evaluation methods job leveling pay structures and compensation ranges

Day to day
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to keep compensation competitive and current
- Support annual compensation cycles including merit bonus promotions and equity through data preparation modeling and reporting
- Lead the equity program and partner with Finance Legal HR and business leaders on pay equity job leveling and compensation guidance
- Prepare dashboards reports and presentations while managing compensation systems tools and data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal state and global pay regulations and participate in compensation surveys
