  • Minimum of five years of IFS implementation experience required.
  • Strong knowledge in areas such as Human Capital Management Finance or Manufacturing.
  • Understand ERP project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Must be able to travel overnight and work non-standard hours as needed.

Day to day

  • Provide leadership in complex IFS projects.
  • Translate client requirements into best-practice based designs.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain and upgrade software implementations through detailed planning and execution.
  • Present executive summaries and technical specifications effectively.
  • Facilitate client research and gather requirements while demonstrating extensive knowledge of IFS functionalities.
