- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
- Experience documenting requirements using process modeling use cases or user stories
- Ability to think conceptually while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills with practical best-practice recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within defined project scope and supporting change control discussions
- Comfort operating in fast-paced multi-stakeholder delivery environments

Day to day
- Lead customer-facing requirements workshops interviews and working sessions to uncover business goals pain points and success criteria.
- Translate business needs into clear implementation-ready artifacts including process flows requirements user stories and configuration decisions.
- Configure enterprise software and coordinate with technical data integration and project teams to support solution design testing and go-live readiness.
