Requirements
- 5+ years building production data pipelines on a modern lakehouse or warehouse
- Experience with identity resolution matching or merging records across systems
- Strong SQL and strong Python or Scala
- Working knowledge of dimensional modeling or Data Vault 2.0
- Experience operating pipelines in production with monitoring alerting and error handling
- Exposure to streaming and CDC concepts
- Hands-on use of AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience partnering with data science ML or applied AI teams
- Security and data residency awareness

Day to day
- Design and ship production data pipelines on Databricks using medallion architecture and Data Vault 2.0 patterns.
- Build and harden curated and presentation layers that power BI dashboards product reporting and AI-driven experiences.
- Resolve identities across CRM Fundraising and Volunteer data and improve data freshness through CDC near-real-time pipelines and observability.
