• Design for a category leading technology product in a growing healthcare space. Conduct design research and design future experience concepts for healthcare workflow products. Work with an innovative, collaborative team where you will be involved in the creation of products that will revolutionize healthcare.
• Work on design for the end-to-end service experience with a human centered approach. Conduct design research of complex systems and help reimagine the future of medical workflows. Discover opportunities for innovation and support strategic direction.
• Conduct research and guide product design from a human centered perspective with a focus on ensuring intuitive and safe interactions. Create frameworks for understanding to use in workshops and share-outs. Define products with contextual inquiry and ethnographic research. Provide experience design and research to projects, ensuring quality outputs. Collaborate with engineers, scientists and client teams to ensure product success. Design and run usability evaluations and create reports and other artifacts to support communication of findings.
