Who you are

• At least 7+ years working in product design with experience in fintech and/or digital commerce
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors, or equivalent project/portfolio experience
• Portfolio showcasing design excellence and impactful business outcomes
• Thorough understanding of product design methodology and lifecycle across significant channels and platforms
• Customer-focused with experience in design research methods to uncover customer insights
• Effectively operates within an iterative design team managing product design responsibilities against defined milestones and plans
• Thorough knowledge of essential channels and platforms with experience in mobile, dedicated, web, and native solution design
• Experience working with resources such as pattern libraries, repositories, and internal communication tools
• General awareness of technology mediums like JavaScript and HTML/CSS
