Requirements
- At least 7+ years working in product design with experience in fintech and/or digital commerce
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors, or equivalent project/portfolio experience
- Portfolio showcasing design excellence and impactful business outcomes
- Thorough understanding of product design methodology and lifecycle across significant channels and platforms
- Customer-focused with experience in design research methods to uncover customer insights
- Effectively operates within an iterative design team managing product design responsibilities against defined milestones and plans
- Thorough knowledge of essential channels and platforms with experience in mobile, dedicated, web, and native solution design
- Experience working with resources such as pattern libraries, repositories, and internal communication tools
- General awareness of technology mediums like JavaScript and HTML/CSS
Day to day
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create meaningful and cohesive payment experiences for customers and merchants worldwide
- Leverage a deep understanding of design patterns to build trust and security within financial products
- Influence teams to make customer-centric decisions across the product development lifecycle using data and research
