- Community College or Technology Institute education required
- 5+ years related experience in the Meeting/Incentive Industry
- 3-4 years experience with event management platforms virtual solutions event apps and other technology applications
- High performance skills in project management client management and internal team management
- Strong writing proofreading design and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal team members clients and vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Keen attention to detail
- Computer skills including Word Excel Internet database management programs Outlook and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of web development environments
- Experience in event technology solutions
- Experience in developing and managing projects

Day to day
- Lead the strategic planning and build-out of event technology solutions for meetings incentives conferences and events.
- Manage registration websites email campaigns mobile apps virtual solutions onsite technology and API integrations from initial build through execution.
- Collaborate with clients internal teams suppliers developers graphic designers and coders to deliver polished accurate and engaging event experiences.
