Requirements
- Community College or Technology Institute education required
- 5+ years related experience in the Meeting/Incentive Industry
- 3-4 years experience with event management platforms virtual solutions event apps and other technology applications
- Strong project management client management and internal team management skills
- Strong writing proof reading design and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal team members clients and vendors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong work ethic organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong customer service focus and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Computer skills including Word Excel Internet database management Outlook and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of web development environments
- Experience in event technology solutions and project development
- Preferred experience with Cvent STOVA and virtual event platforms
- Preferred content management systems HTML CSS and database management

Day to day
- Lead the strategic planning and build-out of event technology solutions for meetings incentives conferences and events.
- Manage registration websites email campaigns mobile apps virtual solutions onsite technology and API integrations from initial build through execution.
- Collaborate with clients internal teams suppliers developers designers and coders to create polished engaging and accurate event experiences.
