Requirements
- 5+ years of UX experience in-house or agency
- Experience with eCommerce interactive and digital design
- Experience with responsive web design
- Experience working in agile teams
- Robust knowledge of Figma
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to speak directly with clients
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and third parties such as Shopify Yotpo and Klaviyo is a plus
- Experience with Jira and Monday is a plus
- Motion skills are a plus

Day to day
- Drive creative excellence across eCommerce design projects from concept through production and delivery
- Create high-quality digital assets for email social media and web experiences while maintaining brand consistency
- Lead website design work including high fidelity designs interactive prototypes client presentations and development hand-off documentation
- Collaborate closely with designers strategists architects analysts and developers to deliver user-centered solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage multiple project streams respond effectively to feedback and ensure work meets timelines budgets and device standards
