Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy operations management consulting or transformation program management
- Demonstrated experience driving programs inside PE-backed companies
- Management consulting background strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives with senior executive stakeholders
- Experience designing and running executive operating cadences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively through influence rather than direct authority

Day to day
- Own the executive operating cadence and facilitate weekly staff meetings monthly offsites and quarterly reviews
- Track open threads decisions and follow-up commitments across the ELT ensuring clear ownership and timelines
- Drive the Value Creation Plan portfolio with cross-functional coordination milestone tracking escalation management and progress reporting
- Lead the AI-driven strategy-to-execution platform program coordinating with analytics and engineering on priorities integrations and rollout
