Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience driving programs inside PE-backed companies
  • Management consulting background strongly preferred
  • Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives with senior executive stakeholders
  • Experience designing and running executive operating cadences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively through influence rather than direct authority

Day to day

  • Own the executive operating cadence and facilitate weekly staff meetings monthly offsites and quarterly reviews
  • Track open threads decisions and follow-up commitments across the ELT ensuring clear ownership and timelines
  • Drive the Value Creation Plan portfolio with cross-functional coordination milestone tracking escalation management and progress reporting
  • Lead the AI-driven strategy-to-execution platform program coordinating with analytics and engineering on priorities integrations and rollout
