Day to day
- Lead a small operations team and ensure the health and maturity of product processes and tools.
- Measure success by planning, executing, and communicating R&D plans, priorities, and metrics for stakeholders.
- Unify and communicate information across product and sector level plans and coordinate with Delivery Management and Center of Excellence functions.
