Requirements
- 12+ years in Technical Program Management or similar roles
- Proven leadership of AI/ML portfolio programs across multiple teams and product areas
- Deep knowledge of agile lean and iterative delivery models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing managers
- Relevant technical certifications in cloud AI/ML Generative AI Technical Program/Product Management or Engineering
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools low-code/no-code for prototyping automation and analysis
- Knowledge of the end-to-end ML lifecycle
- Experience with experimentation frameworks including A/B and multivariate testing
- Knowledge of model performance metrics and tradeoffs
- Experience with applied ML use cases such as personalization recommendation search ranking content knowledge or generative AI

Day to day
- Lead the end-to-end AI/ML portfolio and guide investment priorities across multiple teams and product areas.
- Translate AI concepts into scalable production-grade systems while balancing technology, product, and business strategy.
- Partner with engineering, platform, product, and executive stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies, delivery health, and measurable outcomes.
