Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • At least 8 years of corporate experience in people operations and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations
  • Specific experience in UK, Netherlands, and France
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of resolving complex and unique employment issues

Day to day

  • Support employees and managers with employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regional legislation.
  • Work closely with People Business Partners, Employment Counsel, and senior leaders to manage HR-related matters.
  • Provide timely guidance on complex employment issues across multiple time zones.
  • Conduct investigations into employee concerns, uphold legal standards and company integrity, and apply understanding of company policies consistently across EMEA.
  • Optimize HR processes by leveraging technology, HRIS, and self-service tools to simplify processes.
  • Contribute to HR policy creation and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements across EMEA.
