What the job involves
Support employees and managers with employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regional legislation.
Work closely with People Business Partners, Employment Counsel, and senior leaders to manage HR-related matters.
Provide timely guidance on complex employment issues across multiple time zones.
Conduct investigations into employee concerns, uphold legal standards and company integrity, and apply understanding of company policies consistently across EMEA.
Optimize HR processes by leveraging technology, HRIS, and self-service tools to simplify processes.
Contribute to HR policy creation and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements across EMEA.
