Day to day
- Lead and mentor software engineers and first-line engineering managers to grow technical expertise and delivery capabilities
- Partner with product and design teams to define and execute the technical vision for web and mobile platforms
- Drive scalable and reliable software delivery while improving engineering processes, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and release management
- Collaborate across product design marketing data and QA to balance speed quality and cost while advancing high-impact initiatives
