Requirements
- Professional experience building production mobile applications with deep hands-on expertise in React Native
- Strong command of modern JavaScript TypeScript component architecture and state management at scale
- Rigorous testing approach with ownership of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in a regulated or high-compliance environment such as fintech healthtech or similar
- Track record of owning deployments end-to-end including monitoring feature flagging phased rollouts and rollback plans
- Clear structured written communication for design docs and post-mortems
- Comfort operating with moderate ambiguity and driving problems to resolution with minimal hand-holding

Day to day
- Own delivery of team-level features end-to-end on React Native identity flows, from technical design through to production monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape technical approach, surface risk early, and improve customer onboarding and identity verification experiences.
- Raise the quality bar by strengthening test coverage, tightening CI/CD, and reducing change-failure rates across a regulated mobile codebase.
