Significant experience as a Frontend Engineer Software Engineer UI Engineer Full Stack Engineer or similar role
Strong expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript development
Commercial experience building production applications using React as a primary framework
Open to experience in other modern frontend frameworks such as Vue Angular Svelte or Next.js
Strong understanding of frontend architecture component design state management and application scalability
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs GraphQL and backend services
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS responsive design and modern UI development practices
Experience building complex customer facing products in production environments
Understanding of frontend performance optimisation testing accessibility and security best practices
Experience working closely with product design and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders
Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy

Design and develop modern web applications for enterprise customers
Build intuitive performant and scalable user interfaces with React and modern frontend technologies
Collaborate with customers product managers designers and engineers to translate complex workflows into elegant user experiences
Develop reusable UI components design systems and frontend frameworks that accelerate delivery
Integrate frontend applications with APIs data services and backend platforms
Optimise performance accessibility responsiveness and maintainability while contributing to architecture and engineering standards
Mentor engineers and help shape a strong product focused engineering culture
