Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with Java Spring Framework Spring Boot RESTful APIs and Maven
- Experience developing modern web applications using Angular or React with familiarity in JSP preferred
- Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL including SQL development optimization and troubleshooting
- Experience with AWS services including EC2 ECS S3 CloudWatch and IAM
- Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions Jenkins SonarQube and Nexus
- Experience supporting CMS HealthCare.gov or other federal healthcare programs
- Experience with enterprise integrations authentication and authorization solutions and production operations
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and collaboration skills
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required and must reside in the Continental US
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Day to day
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise healthcare web applications supporting CMS programs and related stakeholders.
- Build scalable Java and Spring Boot backend services with RESTful APIs, data access layers, batch processing, and reusable components.
- Create responsive Angular user interfaces, modernize JSP-based screens, and integrate secure frontend experiences with enterprise authentication systems.
