Requirements
- Master's degree required
- 10 years of federal Human Resources experience
- Active Delegated Examining Certification
- Knowledge of federal drug testing guidelines when applicable
- Valid driver's license when drug testing and site collection tasks apply
- Capability for air travel
- U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
- Current U.S. or Territory residency
- Residence in the United States or Territories for 3 or more of the last 5 years
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and in groups
- Advanced organization and leadership skills
- Understanding of industry best practices
- Exceptional time management skills
- May require knowledge of NFC eOPF WebTA SharePoint Oracle JavaScript SQL and related systems
Day to day
- Apply advanced federal HR expertise across staffing classification processing benefits recruitment compensation SES programs work life programs policy and employee and labor relations.
- Research federal HR policy draft new policies edit existing guidance and provide clear direction to support compliance and consistency.
- Develop document and implement SOPs review workflow map processes and build reports controls and workforce studies to improve accountability and efficiency.
