Requirements
- Technical school or college education or equivalent experience
- 10+ years practical experience with full stack cyber solutions
- Prior Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience with public and private cloud MSP services AI and cyber technology
- Understanding of IT connectivity routing voice and SaaS applications
- Extensive knowledge of Windows hardware software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
- Ability to perform in highly stressful environments
- Valid insurable driver's license
- Passport preferred
- Technical certifications a plus
- Channel experience a plus
- Travel up to 25%

Day to day
- Provide pre-sales technical support and shape topology designs, solution options, and IT recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Evaluate cyber cloud AI and network partners and products to identify the most effective solutions and providers.
- Guide clients through solution-based conversations present technologies and overcome objections while supporting sales growth and escalations.
