- Developing, maintaining, and improving IT controls framework, including documentation and risk management
- Overseeing the IT audit process and tracking open audit findings, test exceptions, and systemic issues
- Facilitating IT software development lifecycle process improvement and implementation of controls
- Working with various stakeholders to identify and resolve systemic weaknesses in IT controls
- Managing and implementing processes, policies, and standards for IT risk management
- Leading complex IT process change initiatives impacting multiple divisions
