- 5+ years of experience in a technology role, overseeing the Microsoft 365 environment
- Administration of SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell, Azure, Purview, Intune, Active Directory
- Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements for the platform
- Technical understanding of all productivity tools used by EnergyCo.
- Understanding of EnergyCo. Businesses' M365 needs
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage service quality
