Day to day
- Lead and grow the Web engineering team delivering APFM.com and related web properties
- Own delivery for a high-traffic consumer web platform by planning work removing blockers and guiding execution
- Partner with Product Design SEO and Content teams to turn roadmap goals into clear engineering plans while raising standards for quality performance accessibility and security
- Drive technical decisions with senior engineers and help build a culture of accountability learning and psychological safety
