Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design
- 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports
- Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams
- Experience leading mobile-first product design and consumer product experiences
- Demonstrated success in shipping top-of-the-funnel experiences
- Demonstrated people management and team development experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior Financial Services experience is a bonus

Day to day
- Guide a talented team of designers and collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of performance and innovation.
- Shape the horizontal product roadmap and generate innovative solutions to serve member and business needs.
- Utilize data to advocate for the user and establish metrics for the success of design initiatives.
- Oversee multiple projects and scale design resources accordingly.
- Develop design talent and contribute to a culture where designers grow in their careers.
- Work with Design Operations to develop and implement new processes.
