Requirements

  • 5+ years in in-house or hybrid SEO at B2B SaaS industrial tech or manufacturing-adjacent company
  • Proven ability to connect search performance to pipeline and revenue
  • Deep technical SEO fluency including schema Core Web Vitals crawl budget log file analysis and JavaScript rendering
  • Strong analytical skills using Google Search Console SEMrush or Ahrefs GA4 and Salesforce or HubSpot attribution
  • Familiarity with AEO GEO and AI search surfaces
  • Experience with keyword research and business impact reporting

Day to day

  • Own the full organic growth roadmap from keyword architecture to technical SEO and AEO strategy.
  • Build pipeline-focused search systems that translate rankings, traffic, and citations into qualified MQLs and revenue influence.
  • Partner with the Webmaster and Content Manager to brief, prioritize, and execute content and technical improvements that compound organic performance.
