Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years building production mobile applications
- 3+ years of experience with React Native TypeScript and modern React development
- Experience shipping mobile features end-to-end from design through release and monitoring
- Working knowledge of native iOS Swift Objective-C and Android Kotlin Java
- Experience owning projects from design through delivery with clear tradeoffs and rationale
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners
- Proven ability to mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews pairing and knowledge sharing
- Fluent with AI-assisted development tools and able to explain where human judgment is needed

Day to day
- Build and scale patient-facing mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native
- Own end-to-end delivery of impactful mobile features from design through release and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with Product Design and backend engineers to create intuitive reliable experiences that improve access to mental health care
- Evolve mobile architecture improve engineering quality through testing and performance optimization and mentor teammates
