Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer Animator or similar role
- Strong diverse portfolio showcasing outstanding motion design and animation skills
- Solid understanding of design principles including typography color and layout
- Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere a plus
- Deep understanding of AI workflows and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Animation Film or a related field or equivalent practical experience

Day to day
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics animation UI motion video content and digital experiences across campaigns and content initiatives
- Develop storyboards style frames motion studies and visual explorations to refine creative concepts and guide production
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors Art Directors Copywriters Visual Designers and Generative AI Artists to create integrated audience experiences
- Explore AI-assisted workflows automation and emerging creative technologies to improve efficiency and expand creative possibilities
- Maintain exceptional craft storytelling technical execution and brand consistency while managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail
