Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of team leader experience in complex systems development
- 3 years of experience in developing child support systems
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core and Visual Studio
- Expertise in various web services like WCF ASP.NET Core Web APIs using SOAP and REST
- Familiarity with SOA MSA MVC ORM Architecture
- Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies

Day to day
- Lead developers in the design programming and testing of complex applications
- Responsible for significant application design portions of modern web-based systems
- Develop programming standards and enforce them within the team
- Utilize industry-standard tools for managing design documentation and testing
