Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity

What the job involves
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product usage, product issues, user behavior, and market trends. Utilize various data analysis techniques and tools to identify patterns and opportunities for product enhancement.
Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics such as adoption rates, user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Identify potential bottlenecks and growth opportunities to optimize product performance.
Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather insights into user preferences, pain points, and needs. Translate user feedback into actionable recommendations.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitor products and market trends to identify gaps, benchmark against industry standards, and propose innovative solutions.
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and contribute to product roadmaps.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and feature enhancements. Use findings to optimize product experiences.
Maintain accurate documentation of product analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
Provide guidance to more junior members of the team, helping the team to excel and mature.
