Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design Interaction Design or UX Design
- Portfolio showing user-centred design and strong craftsmanship
- Experience designing web products and UI for enterprise users
- Ability to simplify complex use cases into scalable design solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced agile environment
- Meticulous attention to consistency
- Experience with Figma
- Right to work in the United Kingdom from day one
Nice to have
- Finance industry experience
Day to day
- Lead design work from concept through delivery within cross-functional agile teams
- Create elegant product experiences through strong interaction design and data visualisation
- Use user research and data to shape design concepts and influence product priorities roadmaps and strategy
- Contribute to the growth adoption and evolution of the Addepar Product Language design system
- Give and receive thoughtful feedback while mentoring and supporting other designers
