Day to day
- Design and optimize acquisition landing page onboarding and conversion experiences across Angel’s web ecosystem
- Proactively identify and champion opportunities that improve acquisition engagement conversion and user growth outcomes
- Partner closely with Product Marketing Research and Engineering to uncover insights align on opportunities and bring ideas to life quickly
- Use experimentation analytics user research and customer feedback to validate solutions improve outcomes and guide decisions
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate research ideation prototyping content creation and product innovation
- Lead design discussions facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive key UI initiatives from concept through execution with high design quality
- Contribute to a collaborative low-ego culture that values feedback continuous learning and measurable impact
