Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology business or related discipline
- Required
- 7 years of experience in product management product development or product operations
- Experience managing or developing credit card products including strategy roadmap development feature delivery and cross-functional implementation
- Experience using Azure DevOps or a similar Agile work management platform such as Jira
- Previous experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle
- Self-directed with ability to identify needs overcome barriers influence and formulate solutions with minimal supervision
- Experience managing highly effective cross-functional teams
- Experience determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer
- Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships
- Exceptional writing editing and presentation skills

Day to day
- Lead product discovery to uncover member needs and innovation opportunities through research stakeholder interviews market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop product strategies business cases and roadmaps that align with leadership direction and drive portfolio growth digital adoption and operational excellence.
- Guide assigned initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch monitoring while coordinating cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders to deliver measurable member and business value.
