Experience with MS SQL Server
Experience with Sybase and Sybase replication
Experience with ConceptOne
Knowledge of C1 ETM and SDK
Experience with PostMan
Troubleshooting experience utilizing output and diagnostics logging
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Travel between 0 – 10%

Day to day

Understand the Sure MGA application and insurance processes
Reproduce and discuss issues with clients via phone or email
Assist the Product Support Team with technical issues
