Who you are
- Minimum 7 years' experience in related field
- Experience with MS SQL Server
- Experience with Sybase and Sybase replication
- Experience with ConceptOne
- Knowledge of C1 ETM and SDK
- Experience with PostMan
- Troubleshooting experience utilizing output and diagnostics logging
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel between 0 – 10%
What the job involves
- Understand the Sure MGA application and insurance processes
- Reproduce and discuss issues with clients via phone or email
- Assist the Product Support Team with technical issues
